Detailed View - lavender, patchouli, pulsatilla, lemon thyme, german chamomile, salix purpurea nana, and a desert rose in the terra cotta pot.
Context:
A neighbor was getting rid of some large rocks and had them out on the curb so I thought, "how can I use these in my garden?"
Idea:
I created a circular plot that receives sun slightly longer in the day where I would transition my kitchen herbs to, as well as the catmint for the kitties. I could then use the shadier spot to relocate some of the existing hostas that had been sited in full sun by previous tenants and were being decimated by a combination of sun and slugs.
